Payment methods
Payment for products on our online store can be made in one of the following ways: payment cards – VISA, Maestro, MasterCard supporting online payments, as well as with the following payment methods: PayPal. Payment by cards is realized in cooperation with AllSecure Global d.o.o and CKB Bank and is done in a secure and certified way through AllSecure Payment Gateway, by simply entering data from the payment card. Check with the bank that issued your card to see if your card supports online payments.
After entering the card data and confirming the payment, the bank authorises the transaction and thus the order is approved.
Data protection when paying by cards
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol, using the most modern methods of tokenisation of sensitive data, and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. At no time is the payment card information available to the merchant.
3D Secure protection for all merchants and customers – AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the highest global standards of data protection and privacy. All merchants who use the AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection, which guarantees customers the security of the purchase. Customer payment card numbers are not stored on the merchant’s system and the registration itself is protected by SSL data encryption.
PCI Standards protect sensitive cardholder data during the entire payment process: from the moment of entering data at the merchant’s point of sale, during communications between the merchant and relevant banks and card organisations.
Please note that all payments will be effected in Euro (EUR). If the payment is done using foreign issuers payment cards, total amount of transaction will be converted into bank settlement currency, according to the current exchange rate of Visa/Mastercard.
Registration of payment methods
When the customer’s card data, at his request or by the merchant’s decision, is tokenised (stored in a certified manner for later use), this data is stored on AllSecure PCI-DSS certified servers. Thus tokenized card data is transmitted in a completely secure and certified manner. At no time does the merchant have access to card number data and other sensitive data, but he receives a reference number (token) which only he can use in accordance with the conditions agreed with the customer. The customer has the option of deregistering a previously registered card, as well as changing the details of a previously tokenized card.
Refunds
In the event of a refund to a customer who has previously paid for one of the payment cards, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for the refund, this refund is made exclusively through the same card used for payment. This means that the bank will, at our request, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account.
The moment of accepting the order
After ordering, you will be notified of the status of your order via the email you provided during the ordering process. The order is accepted by the company "Okbook" DOO only after we send you a confirmation of acceptance by email.

In Montenegro, delivery is carried out by courier service, within 2-4 working days after payment. To other European countries, purchases are sent by mail, and the delivery time will be 14-20 working days.
When placing an order, the shipping cost is automatically calculated.
It will be included in the final amount that you pay on the site during the checkout process.
The shipping cost depends on country of destination and order weight.
The following shipping conditions apply to Montenegro depending on the order amount:
Up to 45 euro - shipping is 4.5 euro
From 46 euro - free shipping
To other EU countries, the following shipping conditions apply depending on the order weight and will be calculated automatically.
